How ‘Chicken’ Are CNN Viewers?

Data from Tubular Labs reveals how likely CNN social video viewers are to shop for specific product categories on Amazon, relative to the norm for all audiences. Over the last six months, CNN viewers are doing a lot of shopping for chicken and turkey products (15.9x more likely than the norm). Are they getting ahead of Thanksgiving? Or just enthusiastic about poultry? Brands in the space may want to know, and adjust CNN ads accordingly.

  • Meanwhile, MSNBC social video viewers were 37.4x more likely than the norm to shop for Amazon for gun scopes, and 36.3x more likely to shop for jewelry casting machines.

  • Fox News viewers are shopping Amazon for books about conservatism & liberalism (45.9x more likely than the norm) and 43.1x more likely to shop for gun swivels.
